Positive Economic Returns from Stormwater Management: 3 Case Studies

Now that we are in the heat of summer, the issue of stormwater management boils down to too much of a good thing, or not a drop in sight. ULI does a great job of detailing case studies in three cities that illustrate the positive impacts of green stormwater management. The next time a developer, engineer, or other interested party¬†attempts to insert a fenced off, unsightly retention basin in a project, point them to these case studies. There really is a better way, and it will help their projects’ financial bottom line.
